This is why I became a vendor advocate.

Over the past 25 years, my husband and I bought, renovated, and sold numerous properties both for ourselves and family and friends. It was by no means a smooth journey. We lacked reliable guidance and support throughout the process.We dealt with untrustworthy agents, who didn’t have our best interests at heart.

Incompetent conveyancers made the process frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.

Misleading financial advice added to our challenges, making an already stressful situation even harder.
Despite these obstacles, we persevered and gained invaluable insights that changed our perspective on selling property.

The Journey Continues
In 2022 I decided to join an agency to see if the industry standards had improved. Over the few years I continually saw a side that didn’t sit well with me. Agents were still doing whatever it took to win business—overquoting, misleading sellers, and using tactics that weren’t always in their clients’ best interests. Honesty and integrity weren’t exactly rewarded in that environment.

In 2024, after completing my NLP coaching accreditation, I decided to use all the knowledge I gained and started Picture Perfect Property. Not only do I assist vendors with the sale process, I also collaborate with a team of tradies who will show up and do the job within budget and on time.
