Picture Perfect Property was created to give buyers and sellers the kind of support I wish I’d had when I was going through those worst-case scenarios myself. I know how overwhelming it is when finance falls through, contracts go wrong, or trades let you down mid-renovation.
Before starting this business, I worked in sales with multiple real estate agencies — and I saw first-hand how vendors were misled. Agents often overpromised, only to under-deliver, selling properties under value to their “good clients.” When I questioned this behaviour, the response was always the same: “all agents do it.”
What shocked me most was how agency training was structured. It focused almost entirely on teaching agents how to convince vendors to spend as much money as possible on advertising — while offering very little training on how to actually maximise the sale price. The system was built to benefit the agency, not the vendor.
That experience cemented my mission: to stand on the vendor’s side, ensuring transparency, accountability, and results.
